1. Job Title: Cleaner
Safi Ventures seeks to hire cleaners to help in delivering our services to our valued customers. The requirements are as follows:
- Aged 20-45 years
- Able to communicate in Kiswahili or English
- Hard working, interested and able to do cleaning in Nairobi and other places as may be required.
- Willing to work either full time or part time
2. Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer
Job Summary
We are looking for a competent and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales, has strong communication skills, and can work independently to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Safi Ventures’ services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate and residential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and company objectives.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to client needs
Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Some experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the service industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different marketing strategies.
Knowledge of the cleaning services industry is an added advantage.
3. Job Title: Online Marketer
Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Online Marketers to promote our products and services using personalized referral links. As an Online Marketer, you will be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and converting prospects through your unique referral link across various online channels.
Location: Remote
Salary: Commission per successful referral
Key Responsibilities
Promote our services (couch & carpet cleaning, fumigation) via personal or group social media channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
Share promotional content we provide, or create relevant, brand-aligned posts
Answer basic client inquiries and lead potential clients to the business contact
Maintain records of referrals and follow-up status to claim payment
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in online marketing, affiliate marketing, or social media promotion is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Active presence on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram).
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and referral systems.
Ability to work independently and manage your own promotional schedule.
